10 Years of the Insurance Act 2025 - Has it Made a Difference?
The Insurance Act 2015 was the biggest overhaul of insurance law for over 100 years but what has been its impact on the industry and our clients? What are likely to be the future trends in terms of how it is applied? In this webinar we will examine whether the Act has achieved its aims and, by looking at some of the landmark judgments over the past ten years, how the courts have been interpreting the Act. We will also look at what trends we can expect over the next decade.

Sustainable Compassion: how to effectively support clients
In insurance and financial services, we are so often called upon to demonstrate high levels of compassion in a whole range of different scenarios. If not dealt with properly, this can lead to fatigue that is bad for our mental and physical health and which in turn begins to significantly impact our performance and at worst lead to burnout. In this webinar, we will examine how compassion fatigue can manifest itself and then learn a strategy to ensure that we and our colleagues do not become a victim to this silent, but very serious, risk to our health.

Their aim is to see better decision-making, risk management and more effective change. But what exactly is “group think”? How does it manifest itself in an organisation? What are the internal and external risks? What do we need to be doing now? ESG - Challenges and Opportunities
Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) regulation is on the rise globally with many new requirements for companies to report on how they are managing ESG risks, and what actions they are taking to prevent negative impacts on the environment, improve Social Responsibility and operate ethically.
The insurance industry finds itself in a unique position as it already has the ESG fundamentals of managing risks and robust governance at its core, but in many ways the sector (along with others) is having to play catch up to ESG expectations.
