On behalf of Mr Clive Batchelor ACII, President of the Insurance Institute of Leeds, we invite you to support the institute by attending the Annual Dinner which is being held at The Queens Hotel, City Square, Leeds on Friday 4th November 2016.
The reception commences at 6.45 pm with dinner served at 7.15 pm. The dress code is black tie or evening/cocktail wear.
The cost of the dinner is £60 per person. The format of the dinner is round tables seating 10/12 persons. Parties of smaller numbers may be accommodated on shared tables.
If you wish to attend please complete and return below form for tickets to leedsinstitute@cii.co.uk as soon as possible. The submission of an application for tickets does not necessarily guarantee that you will be granted your full requested allocation; however we will try our utmost to accommodate all requests. Following your ticket application, you will receive notification of the number of tickets allocated to you, along with your invoice.
There are a number of exciting sponsorship opportunities available. These can include pre-dinner drinks in the presidential suite with an opportunity to meet our guest speaker who is a sports legend. Your application form allows you to express an interest in sponsorship opportunities.
