Special General Meeting

The Insurance Institute of Peterborough is obliged to arrange for the annual accounts to be approved. This was due to occur at the Annual General Meeting, however they had not been approved by an auditor due to COVID–19. As a result of this, there is a requirement to hold a Special General Meeting for the action to be completed.
