Outstanding Contribution Award 2022 - Nominating Now!

The Insurance Institute of Sheffield, alongside the CII, is always looking to celebrate success.

We are therefore seeking two people who have made an Outstanding Achievement/Contribution during 2022 in the Insurance and Financial Services profession within South Yorkshire and North East Derbyshire:

• One from the Personal Finance Society community; and
• One from the General Insurance community

There will be a cash award of £250 and a trophy for each winner. Both winners will be invited, as guests of the Institute's President, to receive their award at the Institute’s Annual Dinner on Thursday 10th November 2022.

Members are encouraged to nominate themselves as long as the employer endorses the application form. If you are an employer, a friend, a colleague or a relative, you can also nominate a candidate who fits the qualifying criteria.

Candidates should be CII members affiliated to the Insurance Institute of Sheffield at the time of application and meet the following criteria:

• Have been working in the insurance or financial services profession for at least two years;

• Entrants can be from any section of the profession, but only one submission per person will be considered.

• Someone who is doing an outstanding job and/or;

• Who is making good progress in their career and/or;

• Who is contributing something to the wider insurance profession.

The judging criteria has been designed to be inclusive. You do not need to prove you have saved the world, but someone who goes that bit further.

Please note that no current member of the Insurance Institute of Sheffield main council is eligible to enter.
