Trust - building trustworthiness and trusted advisor status
In the insurance industry, in particular, we often focus on developing our technical skills, and our product and service knowledge in the belief that this alone will be all we need to win new clients, and then provide great service to existing clients. But of course if the prospect does not ‘trust’ us sufficiently we are unlikely to be appointed in the first place, and if our clients don’t trust us, it will be more difficult for us to bring value, and our position will be constantly under threat. This session focuses on the importance of Trust in prospect and client relationships, and how to build it.

Doughnut Economics Webinar - Additional Places Added
*Additional Places added, likely to sell out quickly*
The PFS North Scotland is pleased to bring members in remoter UK regions the opportunity to access training from two of the UK’s top trainers on Doughnut Economics. This course would usually only be available to those the speakers are able to travel to see, but working with the PFS we are able to bring this session to you online.
“We believe Doughnut Economics is for everyone. It doesn’t matter if you’re at the start of your sustainability, ESG or impact journey or well on your way. Taking two half days out of the everyday to invest in re-looking at your organisation through a new framework and fresh eyes is always going to be a worthwhile investment.”
Members are welcome to attend the course on their own or with peers and colleagues in groups.
In 2023, the Doughnut Economics Action Lab (DEAL) launched a one-day workshop to help bring more organisations into the doughnut. Nancy & Ali are both members of the DEAL Community and trained to deliver the Doughnut Workshop. You can find our public declaration forms on the DEAL website: Plans with Purpose & True Horizon.
