and the presentation between 8 – 9:30am

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will be replacing the Data Protection Act in May and will have wide ramifications for all firms within the insurance sector and society as a whole.

Learning Objectives
• Understand the background to GDPR
• What is changing and what you must do by the 25th May 2018
• Explain what the impact is on customers and firms and the risks associated with the GDPR
• Describe what firms should be doing in preparation for the changes
