SEMINAR - How to Escape Life's Drama (an exploration into Transactional Analysis)

Overview

Join us for this interactive, face to face session, where we will review the ‘PAC’ model of Transactional Analysis. We will explore how the modes of the Parent, the Adult and the Child play out in life and how adopting different aspects of the ego states can have a perceived positive or negative impact. We will step into and then back out of the Drama Triangle, heightening our awareness to become more ‘Adult’ when interacting with others to achieve more effective results.

  • To explore the 'PAC' model of Transactional Analysis
