Leading and managing hybrid teams is not new. Some teams have worked remotely for many years. There are
companies that have international offices; regional offices and international leadership teams. However, there
are trends for many talented employees who wish to work remotely or return to the office for 2 days a week.
How do we lead teams in this way; reaching deadlines; working efficiently together; building trust, rapport and
respect for each other? This is the modern world.
