Workshop Summary

This workshop is aimed at individuals embarking on their CII General Insurance examinations (Dip CII specifically), The session focusses on "Mastering Mixed Assessment", covering both examination elements - coursework and multiple choice. Aiming to assist delegates with topic-specific revision and research, as well as with focussed answers to coursework questions to maximise the potential for success.

This interactive session will last for approximately 90 minutes, starting at 1230pm. A buffet lunch with tea/coffee/water, will be served beforehand. Please email northamptoninstitute@gmail.com with any dietary requirements/allergies that we should be aware of.

Learning Objectives

This session is intended to assist delegates with the following:

* How to master the syllabus & focus on key learning objectives;
* How to prepare for the Multiple-choice question (MCQ) exam;
* How to deconstruct a coursework question;
* How to plan your written answers to maximise marks

Speaker Biography

Alison Cooper

Chartered Insurance Practicioner and director of Act One Training Services Ltd, Alison Cooper has been assisting our Institute members with their insurance examinations for a number of years.

She has extensive experience training delegates on Award in Insurance, Certificate, Diploma & Advanced Diploma, and is able to share insights, experience & help to dispel the FEAR factor.
