Brum Fun Run set for starter's gun

Birmingham Insurance Institute's annual fun run is stretching its hamstrings ahead of its 2015 outing, at the city's Sutton Park on Sunday 20th September.

Organised by the BII's Young Professionals, the fun run aiming for a personal best for runners (and walkers) with a target of 200 registrations.

The run is again raising money for Acorns Children's Hospice, the Birmingham hospice which has been the institute's chosen charity for the past two years.

Competitors can choose between a 5k course (entry fee £10) or a 10k course (entry fee £12), which includes a finisher's medal and chip timing.
