Lunchtime Lecture: Occupiers Liability - The Tomlinson Legacy & what it means today
This seminar will be run by Roddy Macleod and Adrian Marston, both Partners at Weightmans LLP.
Roddy successfully defended Tomlinson v Congleton and is the leading authority on the Occupiers Liability Act. Adrian heads up the Midlands Commercial Insurance Team and specialises in defending high value personal injury claims for Employers and Occupiers.
The talk will give an explanation of the Occupiers Liability Acts and how they work using case examples.
