BII Annual Dinner
The Birmingham Insurance Institute Annual Dinner will take place on Thursday 10th March 2016. The dinner will be held in the city centre at the ICC, Broad Street. Reception is from 18:00 for a 19:30 dinner, with a black tie dress code.
Tickets: £80 per head.
Under-30's rate: £50 per head.
MENU
To start:
Dingley dell ham hock welsh rarebit pie, quail scotch egg, pickles, sundried tomato & pepper chutney
Main course:
Smoked paprika rubbed chicken supreme, spinach, spiced pressed potato, cannellini bean sauce
Dessert:
Trio of chocolate desserts - Cherry brulee, Guinness chocolate brownie and White chocolate ice cream
Shared cheese course & Coffee
Vegetarian option (Please advise CII Birmingham office by 19 February if this option is required. Kindly note: when choosing this option both courses will be vegetarian)

Wild mushroom & Shropshire blue cheese tartlet, asparagus, parsley & truffle dressing, black vinegar
Main course:
Roast pumpkin risotto with a pumpkin & goat cheese fritter, watercress pesto
