Sensory Food Event

The Colmore Club
Thursday, 21 April 2016
6:00 pm – 9:00 pm (UK time)

Calling all foodies!

Have you ever wondered how your senses play a role in the food you eat? Whether listening to the sounds of the waves whilst eating seafood and inhaling sea air or watching a snow storm whilst drinking a lovely cup of cocoa affects your mood and enhances the experience? Come join us in a culinary adventure where our speaker Kaye Winwood (http://kayewinwood.com/about/) will take you through the science via 5 high end tasting courses (see below for menu) lovingly prepared by sensory food specialist Chris Hughes (resident Chef of Kitchen School Harborne/ culinary teacher with Michelin background) and delve into the theory that is sensory cuisine. The event will be held at the exclusive Private Members establishment, the Colmore Club. This event is open to all ages and professions within the BII. If you are looking for something different to attend or to bring clients / Brokers / Business Associates, come along and take a look into what is trending now in the food scene.

In aid of the President's chosen charity Acorns Children's Hospice and the Insurance Charities.
