Paul Jones

Director – Transaction Services

Paul leads PwC’s Regional Financial Services Deals team and has over 15 years supporting FS clients achieve their corporate development goals. Paul has extensive experience supporting insurance clients having worked both nationally and internationally. Recently Paul has supported a significant number of regional insurance brokers optimise their sale process through vendor due diligence advice, and he has also supported a number of the active consolidators identify and acquire regional targets.

Nikki Eastman

Assistant Director – Corporate Finance

Nikki is an Assistant Director in PwC's Financial Services Corporate Finance team, focused on the insurance sector. Nikki advises both public, private and private equity clients on the acquisitions and disposals of businesses of mid market businesses, generally valued at between £25m and £250m. Nikki has led a wide range of transactions in the insurance distribution space, including the sale of Travel & General Insurance Services to Mobeus Equity Partners, the acquisitions of Bollingtons and Wilsons Insurance Brokers by Inflexion PE and the disposal of Abbey Protection plc to Market International.
