Lunchtime Lecture: What can you do to prepare for Brexit in relation to contracts and supply chains

This lecture will be given by BLM who are an insurance risk and commercial law firm with both a domestic and international focus.

Learning objectives - by attending this lecture you will have an understanding of:

  • Hard Brexit v Agreement
  • Due Diligence of existing contracts and supply chains – what could cause issues and how to resolve them
  • How to approach new contracts and supply chains – what needs to be in place
  • Issues specific to insurance contracts

Time: Registration & buffet lunch 12.30pm; Lecture 1pm; Finish 2pm
