Estate Planning: Traps, Opportunities & Lasting Relationships is an engaging session headed up by our Technical Specialist David Denton.

As you’ll know, tax complexity itself is a kind of tax, no more so than when it comes to IHT. Although it was once considered as voluntary, maximising the use of even the best-known reliefs and allowances can be far from logical. In this session David will be considering where planning goes wrong, how to make the very best of the basics, and some little known but interesting estate planning concepts, keeping to both the letter and spirit of the law.
