Why Don't I Receive Communications from The Local Institute?

There are one or two reasons why you are not receiving e-flyers:

Log on to www.cii.co.uk and go to 'Log In to My CII'

1) Check your contact details, are they correct? We often see invalid e-mail addresses.

2) Check your contact settings by selecting 'Edit my Preferences' and ensure the tick box headed 'Sharing your data with local institutes' is not ticked.
