Cocktail Masterclass

We had exclusive use of the venue until 9pm and were welcomed with a glass of Prosecco. During the evening we were given the opportunity to learn how to make 3 different cocktails.

The first cocktail was a Strawberry Daiquiri and we each took turns to go behind the bar to make our drink. For the second cocktail we split into 3 teams to make a Porn Star Martini, the team who made all their cocktails in the quickest time won a round of shots.

Finally the teams each made the Kahiki Hideout’s signature cocktail the ‘Kahiki Punch’, with one team member making the cocktail blindfolded with the others giving instructions, the winning team was awarded with a round of drinks.

During the evening we also sampled 5 different types of Rum and enjoyed pizza, chips, garlic potatoes, tortilla chips and other bar snacks.

Everyone had great fun and it was a good evening to meet with other members of the local institute.
