Careers Fair 2018

Kayleigh Penwill and Libby Vincent attended a careers fair on Thursday 15th November 2018 at Bolton University.

It was very busy and we attracted a lot of visitors to our stand (the freebies went like hot cakes!).

There were 69 exhibitors, including the Police, NHS, Army, Tesco, AO, Capita, British Airways, Aldi, Heathcotes etc. so it was well represented and diverse.

Bolton University organised the day well and we spoke to lots of ambitious students looking for a future career within the insurance/financial sector.

Our promotional boards further emphasised the wide spectrum of roles available within the industry; we were able to link a large portion of degrees/qualifications to our field of work, which seemed really beneficial from an awareness perspective.

There were lots of learnings to take from the event, so watch this space for improvements....
