FCA Thematic Reviews - The Outcomes
Time: 12.30-1.30pm (light lunch served from 12.00pm)

This one-hour seminar will provide you with an important update on the FCA's key Thematic Reviews from two FCA specialists, including SME claims, distribution chains and premium finance.
Who should attend? This session is relevant to all those affected by the outcomes and recommendations flowing from the Thematic Reviews.
Learning objectives
By the end of this lecture, you will be able to:
-Describe the purpose and content of the FCA's Reviews
-Outline the key outcomes of the Reviews for the industry
-Discuss key opportunities and recommendations from the Reviews
-Consider any steps to be taken based on the outcomes highlighted within the Reviews.
Speakers' biographies
Both David and Tim are Senior Associates within the FCA division responsible for the supervision of all the UK's general insurance providers and intermediaries, both wholesale and retail, including the Society of Lloyds and London Market firms. David has over 30 years' experience in the insurance industry and has previously worked at both Axa Insurance and Legal and General, whilst Tim has previously worked at the ABI.
