By order of the Council, the Annual General Meeting of the Institute will be held at the offices of AXA Insurance, Parklands, Middlebrook, Horwich on Tuesday 5th April 2016, at 5.30pm.

The full Council reports will be available at the meeting, in addition to which ten members will be elected to Council. Nominations must be in the prescribed form on one of the nomination forms. Alternatively, nominations may be written in letter form, but they must include the signatures of four or more members of the Institure and a signed statement by the Candidate that he/she has consented to stand for election.

The nomination form or letter must be lodged with the Secretary at the following address by 29th March 2015.
