Speaker Biography
Dave started his career at a regional contractor and is now the Head of Surveying Services at QuestGates Chartered Loss Adjusters. In addition to all Subsidence and Surveying related matters, Dave also heads up the team responsible for BIBAs approved valuation scheme and works with them and a number of other affinity partners to indentify and correct matters of underinsurance prior to any loss.Dave, who has over 20 years experience in the construction and Insurance industry, is a Chartered Loss Adjuster, Chartered Builder and Chartered Building Engineer. With significant understanding of the insurance and buildings sectors he is able to provide simple guidance on the processes to be followed in assessing for risks of underinsurance.
