Shân Millie is an ‘outside-in’ Insurance expert focused on Tech- and Data-enabled Value Generation in Insurance and Financial Services. Since coming into the sector in 2008, Shân founded Bright Blue Hare (BBH) in 2016 and co-founded Delegated Authority specialists GreenKite Associates in 2019.
As BBH, Shân’s focus is Leader/Board Advisory; hands-on Proposition & Business Development projects; individual performance coaching; and specialist advisory for the business on emerging Operational Resilience like AI, Open Insurance, Corporate Digital Responsibility & ESG. Board Advisor for InsurTech Arma Karma, and for biodiversity social enterprise Heal Rewilding, Shân is an active Knowledge Communicator: she designed, curated and chaired the CII’s Professional Societies Insurance & ESG Programme currently streaming on InsureTV and CII.
Shân originated and co-edited Wiley bestsellers The AI Book (2020) and The InsurTech Book (2018), and Open Finance: The Future of Insurance Innovation? (TechNation, July 2021).
