President's Message

Welcome to the Insurance Institute of Bournemouth (IIB) – the home of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), Personal Finance Society (PFS) and Society of Mortgage Professionals (SMP) in Bournemouth and neighbouring areas.

I am delighted to have been elected as President of the Insurance Institute of Bournemouth for the 2024-25 term. It will be an honour to continue the legacy of my predecessors from the last 102 years.

During this term I am committed to:

Continue to offer a superb selection of face to face and online CPD sessions, including regulatory, exams, technical and soft skills, to our CII, PFS and SMP members.

Winners will be presented at the IIB prestigious Annual Awards Dinner on Friday the 21st of March 2025 at the Marriott Hotel in Bournemouth, together with the qualifications awards already in place.
