New Apprentice For A-One Insurance Group

Ferndown Upper School student George Richman joins the A One Insurance team.

George Richman has joined the A-One Insurance Group team at its head office in Ringwood as part of the company's new apprenticeship program. Richman, a former student of Ferndown Upper School, will be undertaking the role of office coordinator and assisting the operations team and the management. His duties will evolve as he works towards his NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration.
“I'm excited to be a part of the A One Insurance team,

I am learning the ropes, it’s all new and different, and at the same time I am working I am gaining another qualification in business, After researching A-One Insurance online I discovered there were many different areas of insurance that I could progress into. By starting my apprenticeship as office coordinator I will be able to learn the ropes, increase my knowledge and meet new people” says Richman.

He will be supported in his role by Gemma Parker, project manager at A-One Insurance Group.
Says Parker, “The apprenticeship program allows George to learn about the different areas of specialism in the insurance world and gain valuable on-the-job experience. It's a chance for us to invest in the future generations of insurers and in turn George brings with him a fresh perspective.”
