Experience in advising customers facing increasing numbers of issues and claims as a result of non-recent sexual abuse allegations.
Represents faith organisations including the Church of England, Baptist and Methodist churches.
Handles a multitude of highly sensitive cases for insurers, the MOD, independent schools, public bodies and charities.
Experience of dealing with international injury claims (including examples linked to the Mumbai terrorist attack), and assisting customers facing claims in the UK in connection with sexual abuse occurring in overseas jurisdictions.
Advised on a variety of claims for stress, bullying and harassment at work made by high achieving professionals in the legal, management, accounting and financial sectors.
