Presentation Overview:
Micro businesses account for 20% of the total business population with 44% of charities falling into this category too. Speaker:
Huw Andrews - As a degree qualified and chartered health and safety practitioner, Huw has a wealth of experience advising organisations on the prevention of accidents and occupational ill-health (including COVID-19) across a diverse range of sectors - both nationally and internationally. He has authored several books and many articles on the subject as well as working on the ABI’s guide to health and safety for businesses and the voluntary sector.
With a background in industry, he has particular specialisations in relation to policy, procedural and systems development; risk assessment; specific hazard management; auditing; accident investigation; claims defensibility; and training (including training to accredited standards). In recent years he has specialised in the development and delivery of liability risk management consulting services to underwriters, brokers and customers in global and general insurance markets.
