WellChild 2017 - Mackenzie's Garden

A total of thirty people from numerous Bristol insurance businesses worked over the 30th & 31st August on a Wellchild Helping Hands project tackling a garden improvement scheme at the home of Mackenzie, an eight year old girl with vanishing white matter disease.

The project involved erecting a new garden fence and creating wheelchair accessible decking and artificial grass areas. The transformation was completed by painting the garden wall, hanging an exterior mirror and fixing a low level blackboard for Mackenzie to express her artistic talents.
