This session will develop your communication skills when working in a team and then explore communication skills within a leadership setting. Participants will have the chance to present and speak as part of a team in a practical setting, and look at how to communicate effectively when using a variety of leadership styles.
Communicating in a Team
- Exploring the various roles you can take in a team
- How to communicate effectively in team
- How to ‘actively listen’
Leadership
- Developing a repertoire of leadership styles & competencies
- Know which leadership style to use depending on the person or situation
- How to communicate when using a particular leadership style
Body Language
- Increase your personal impact
- Build rapport and engage your team
Voice
- How to speak appropriately in a group setting and as a leader
- How to engage and motivate others with your voice
Confidence
- How to present yourself in confident way
