Most cyber-crime breaches are caused by human error and are unaffected by anti-virus software and firewalls.

Many SMEs continue to dismiss cyber-crime as a 'Big Company' problem whenever cyber liability or crime insurance is mentioned.

Many broker firms see it is in their interest to help SME clients understand the threats as part of an insurance risk management service.

The object of this talk is to give brokers and their clients a greater appreciation of the threats that small and medium sized companies are under from the growing incidence of cyber-crime.
