At some point, everyone is likely to receive a complaint about one thing or another. It happens to us all.
We’ll be answering these questions for you:
- What constitutes a complaint?
- How can I best avoid receiving a complaint?
- How should I deal with a complaint?
- What should I know about liaising with the Financial Services Ombudsman Service, if the complaint gets that far?
- What is “limitation” and the importance of the Limitation Act 1980?
- Why are my terms of business so important?
