We're delighted to welcome this unique motivational talk from a true hero. Richard will use his experiences to help delegates enhance their ability to be more effective at home working and understanding their responsibility to others.

To know that anything is possible and the significance of thinking out of the box. To be successful, you need to be dynamic, as well as those around you. Understand the importance of empathy and expectations placed on you and others.
Richard Whitehead
Richard is a double Paralympic gold medallist over 200m and is the current world record holder for a double amputee over both 200m (23.01) and Marathon (2:42.54) distances. He was born with a congenital condition, which left him as a double through-knee amputee.
In 2013, Richard raised over £500,000 for Sarcoma UK running 40 marathons in 40 days from John O’Groats to Lands' End. Richard is now currently in training for the Tokyo Paralympic Games, where he will aim to defend his 200m title where he will have recently turned 45 years old.
His motto is: ‘Live life without limits.’
Away from sport, he’s an active Spurs supporter, ambassador for Sarcoma UK, has two children and has recently started his own podcast ’Track and Ball’ with England international Ellen White.
