Bias, we all have it!
Building team culture that embraces diversity, different strengths, weakness, and experiences of all team members, begins with developing awareness of ourselves and what impacts we have on others.
This session will help attendees to consider and build their emotional intelligence, considering any unconscious and cognitive bias. This session will help you to recognise bias and potentially how this can negatively impact teams and organisations.
