Working with Emma Clune, a seasoned change and transformation professional, we’ll explore what inclusion and exclusion can look and feel like. By applying her approach to change, we’ll start to lay the foundations of understanding how to build change in our own lives and those of our colleagues around us.

This session will explore the common types of microaggressions and the impacts and outcomes of these. We will also look at how to initiate change.

Learning objectives:

You will leave the session knowing how to,

1.Identify common types of microaggressions

2.Understand the impacts and outcomes of compound damage

3.Initiate ally conversations
