    • Emma Clune

Working with Emma Clune, a seasoned change and transformation professional, we’ll explore what inclusion and exclusion can look and feel like. By applying her approach to change, we’ll start to lay the foundations of understanding how to build change in our own lives and those of our colleagues around us.

In this session, we will look at what neurodiversity is and how is it important. We will share the most common neurodivergent traits and discuss what types of roles benefit from a different perspective.

Learning objectives:

You will leave the session knowing how to,

1.List the common neurodivergent types

2.Identify benefits to each neurodivergent type

3.Understand how to create an environment where all brain types flourish
