This presentation will provide an overview of the following:
- What issues have led the Law Society to issue its note to the solicitors profession confirming that firms can decline to act for polluters and what is the impact of this development?

- Why is strong governance a must have for professional services firms and what are the consequences including regulatory implications of failing to implement good governance?
