NextGen Month Workshop 4: Building Your Resilience
In this session we will be looking into the challenges that life throws at us, and how we look to build our resilience to help us tackle these as they come.
As well as this, we will also explore how we can maintain this mindset in order to form positive habits to take with us in the future.
You will learn:
- Three essential aspects you can cultivate to grow your resilience; grit, self-discipline and delayed gratification.
- Practical examples that you can put into your daily life to boost your resilience.
- How to form strong positive habits to ensure that your resilience lasts long term.
