The session will equip young insurance professionals with actionable strategies to choose the right career path, identify and seize opportunities, manage career pressures, and position themselves effectively for growth within their organizations and industry. During the session, Sandra will talk through challenges such as transitioning from a graduate or apprentice programme into a role, ambition vs experience, identifying opportunities and becoming visible to decision makers.
