NextGen Month: Neurodiversity in Insurance webinar

This one-hour seminar session is designed to enhance understanding of neurodiversity in the workplace, specifically within the insurance industry. Hosted by the Insurance Institute of Bristol as part of NextGen Month, this webinar will delve into the various aspects of neurodiversity.

The session aims to equip attendees with the knowledge and tools necessary to contribute to a supportive and inclusive environment for neurodiverse employees. Through a combination of expert insights, real-life case studies, and interactive discussions, participants will learn about the unique strengths and perspectives that neurodiverse individuals bring to the workplace.

By the end of the presentation, participants will have a deeper appreciation for the strengths that neurodiversity brings to a team and will be empowered to help foster a culture of acceptance and support. Attendees will also gain practical strategies for creating an inclusive work environment, including tips on communication, workplace adjustments, and supportive policies.
