We are excited to announce that the Insurance Institute of Bristol’s prestigious Annual Charity and Awards Dinner 2024 is now available to book!
We will, once again, be hosting the event at the beautiful and centrally-located Bristol Harbour Hotel in the city centre, and this year’s President, Amy Cooke, together with her Council, look forward to welcoming you there.
The evening will be a charity event with fundraising for this year’s President’s Charity, the Guide Dogs for The Blind Association, which is a charity very dear to Amy’s heart. Whether or not you are able to attend the event, you can support our cause by donating here, and even suggesting a puppy name!: The insurance institute of Bristol is fundraising for Guide Dogs (justgiving.com)
The evening will also incorporate our region’s Awards Ceremony which will celebrate those who have achieved success over the year (details of how to nominate individuals for the various awards will be announced by the end of September).

6.00pm - Arrival & Welcome Drinks
7.00pm - Welcome, Speeches and Awards Ceremony
7.45pm - 3-Course Dinner with half-bottle of wine per person.

Early Bird Prices (up until 31st December 2023)
Table of 12 - £1,050
Table of 12 with sponsorship package (advertising on the website, high-profile display advertising on the night, preferential seating and President’s Reception invite for table host) - £1,750
Individual single ticket - £95
From January, any tables/tickets remaining will be released at the full price of £1,200 and £100 respectively.
Additional Information
- It is a black-tie event so please dress to impress!
- Each ticket includes a drink on arrival and a table allocation of house wine with your meal. Upgraded wine and drinks packages can be ordered with the hotel direct.
- Tea and coffee will be available in the bar afterwards.
- Rooms are available for those attending the event at the Harbour Hotel and the Clayton Hotel nearby.
