12:00 pm – 1:00 pm (UK time)
    • Steve Heath, Mental Health in Business

This informative and empowering one-hour webinar explores the complex relationship between alcohol use and mental health. Drawing on evidence-based research, we'll examine how alcohol impacts mood, anxiety, and overall psychological wellbeing.
The session will provide practical tools for assessing one's own relationship with alcohol and making informed choices. We'll discuss protective factors that can buffer against negative impacts, as well as risk factors to be aware of. Importantly, the webinar will maintain a non-judgmental, compassionate approach, recognising that many people can enjoy alcohol in moderation.
