    • Steve Heath, Director & Co-Founder, Mental Health in Business

About the Session

Everybody wants to be happy- including when they are at work. We spend a lot of time at work after all. Plus, when we are happy at work, we are likely to be more productive/successful and also be happier in our lives outside of work.

We believe that Happiness at Work should be a top priority for all organisations, big and small, national and international. That’s why we have developed a brand new session especially for the International Happiness at Work Week (23 – 27 September, 2024), the International Week of Happiness at Work.

Learning Objectives:

Having attended this session, participants will be able to:

  • Describe what makes them happy at work
  • Articulate how managers and leaders can help to create a happier workplace

  • Develop ideas for happiness at work initiatives
