The Insurance Institute of Bristol Annual Dinner 2025
We are excited to announce that the Insurance Institute of Bristol’s prestigious Annual Charity and Awards Dinner 2025 is now available to book!
This year, we will be hosting the event in the Lansdown Suite at Ashton Gate Stadium. This year’s President, Nigel Taylor, together with the IIB Council, look forward to welcoming you there.
The evening will be a charity event with fundraising for this year’s President’s Charity, the NSPCC, which is a charity very dear to Nigel's heart. Whether or not you are able to attend the event, you can support our cause by donating here.
The evening will also incorporate our region’s Awards Ceremony which will celebrate those who have achieved success over the year.
The evening will be hosted by a yet-to-be-announced Master of Ceremonies, who will be followed by our live band Tommy and The Fuse. The dinner will be followed by late dancing, casino and photo-booth!
This year, there will be a shuttle bus running from the Bristol hotel from 6pm to late.
Venue - Lansdown Suite, Ashton Gate Stadium.
Date - Friday 28th March 2025
6.00pm - Arrival & Welcome Drinks
7.15pm - Welcome, Speeches and Awards Ceremony
8.00pm - 3-Course Dinner with half-bottle of wine per person.

Individual and Table tickets for the event can be purchased by selecting the “Book Now” button. Pricing details are below. You will be invoiced separately. Tables of 10.
Additional Information
- It is a black-tie event so please dress to impress!
- Each ticket includes a drink on arrival and a table allocation of house wine with your meal. Upgraded wine and drinks packages can be ordered with the venue direct.
- Tea and coffee will be available in the bar afterwards.
- Rooms are available for those attending the event at the Bristol Hotel where there is discounted parking
