This session will consider the various ways in which Business Interruption policies may (or may not) have been able to respond to the challenges faced by businesses in Salisbury following the Novichok contamination in March 2018. Further traces of Novichok were identified in Salisbury and elsewhere. This seminar will consider the various ways that the incident has affected the city, and the scope of insurance policy response to those.
