Speaker Biography

Karen Malin, whose vision this consultancy is all about, has been in the industry since 1980, formerly a Registered Insurance Broker, currently a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute and Chartered Insurance Practitioner with additional qualifications in customer care, financial planning and long hours of CPD plus finanical services compliance experience.
