Providing an opportunity to step back from the busyness of the working day and take a bird’s eye view of where and why opportunities to flourish in the workplace are being missed, join us for this engaging and interactive workshop.

From excessive workload to role ambiguity and underappreciation, the six key causes of stress in the insurance industry will be shared and discussed. Attendees will be given an opportunity to vote on the top cause of stress in their organisation, from their perspective, and together identify innovative solutions to take back to their employers that will raise staff wellbeing and optimise performance.

Finally, attendees will learn and practice three of the latest and most effective tools for reducing stress from neuroscience and psychology.

Speaker Biography

Zoe Flint is the Director of Work.Live.Thrive Wellbeing Consultancy who deliver cutting edge, evidence based and fun wellbeing solutions, enabling everyone to thrive; at work and in life. Founded in 2017, Work.Live.Thrive was established to share the knowledge, tools and techniques Zoe used to recover from a 20 year battle with anxiety and depression. Now a trained Coach, Hypnotherapist and Mindfulness Trainer, Zoe also works one to one with clients and specialises in trauma and anxiety.
