This relaxed, one-hour morning webinar will focus on the practical implications of the recent FCA rules surrounding how firms should treat individuals in financial difficulties during the pandemic.
In the context of the pandemic, the webinar will explore how brokers could achieve full compliance with the recent guidance and policy statements, through consideration of customer’s best interest.
Learning objectives – by the end of this webinar delegates will gain insights into:

how the key temporary rule changes aimed at supporting firms can be utilised; surrounding SM&CR, along with any changes to Operational Resilience and CASS rule requirements,

what steps firms should take to satisfy the FCA’s requirements of “supporting customers in financial difficulties”,

How the “product value review” impacts day-to-day operation of the insurance sector.

Speaker Biography
Roland Romata is a specialist compliance consultant and Director of RR Compliance Associates. Roland is an Insurance compliance strategist focusing on customer experience transformation projects & product development. Roland supports organisations to improve the way they interact with customers across channels and improve their product/service offering in line with FCA regulation. His work involved predominantly design and delivery of compliance and governance framework; including processes as well as compliance audits.
