Commercial Property Insurance – What is actually covered in an All Risks wording?
The term "all risk" is used throughout insurance on a frequent basis, but what does it actually cover?
Alan Chandler will guide us through the term all risk and breakdown what it means and allows us all to become more confident when discussing all risk policies.
To break down all risk insurance in simple terms, it is a type of insurance policy which doesn't name all the insured perils that are covered by a policy, such as fire, flood, storm etc.
The webinar will explain what is and is not covered under an all risk wording, which we may not see or have experience with on a daily basis. As well as this we will learn what the main peril exclusions are. Finally we will learn how each of the perils can actually cause a loss.
The webinar ahead will benefit all areas of insurance, including underwriters, claims and loss adjusters.
This will also be of a great benefit to anyone taking their diploma subject M93.
