Enabling Women's Careers - Overcoming Imposter Syndrome
Join us for the July Women's forum session to Enable Womens Careers.
Many of us have encountered imposter syndrome when taking on a task or role that is new to us.
In this session we will
- Share examples of imposter syndrome, where it shows up in business and how it can make us feel
- Discuss how the brain is naturally wired for looking for danger and how this can add to the feelings of imposter syndrome.
- Explore how we give ourselves and others positive reinforcment overcome imposter syndrome to set up for success!
This session will be Live-Online on Zoom. It will not be recorded as we aim to create a safe space for members to express themselves, network and grow.
These sessions are for all levels of PFS and CII and future topics will be established from member feedback within the group.
The sessions are facilitated by Caroline who is a Certified Coach and NLP Trainer, however, these sessions are an exploration for all and so please bring your top tips to share with other members of the group and be open to explore and encourage eachother.
