Overview:
By attending this one-hour 'Confidence and self-esteem' webinar, you will learn what is meant by the terms ‘self-esteem’ and ‘confidence’, and how self-esteem is linked to our mental health. You will gain a further understanding of how to improve and build-up low confidence and self-esteem and learn ways in which unhelpful thoughts can be reframed. We will also discuss where you, or someone else, can find further support if needed. This is a perfect bite-sized course for understanding how these concepts can really affect our mood, and in turn, our mental health.

Anne Streather
Anne is a qualified teacher and has delivered training, and managed and governed charities, with a mental health focus in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough for over 30 years. Anne has previously worked in the fields of mental health, visual impairment, HIV, child bereavement, and as a Samaritan volunteer and trainer, before joining CPSL MIND as a trainer in early 2022. She has developed and delivered courses for community groups, businesses and other local charities
